Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar says his actress wife Twinkle Khanna has brought luck to his professional life. The 46-year-old actor, who would be next seen in A R Murugadoss’s action thriller Holiday, said that she has always supported him in his decisions.“Her (Twinkle) luck factor has always worked for me. She has supported me in all my decisions and has always been there. She doesn’t read the scripts that I am offered,” Akshay said in an interview. “She has her own life and she is busy with it. She is happy that we have a good family and we are all together,” he added.
Twinkle, daughter of Rajesh Khanna and Dimple Kapadia, married Akshay in 2001. After leaving the film industry in the same year, the Jab Pyar Kisi Se Hota Hai actress ventured into interior designing.

When asked, if Twinkle has any plans to return to films, the actor, popular for Khiladi series said, “No she has no such plans. I asked her and she says she just wants to stay happy.”
